Since we are a custom boot company, we need quite a bit of information to make your
boots just the way you want them....and remember good fitting comes from good measuring.

Once you have a good idea how to take the measurements, download the Printable Form and print it out on legal size paper if available. The form may be printed on letter size paper, but the images will be slightly reduced. Tracing feet that are size 10 and larger will require the legal size paper.
Fill in the blanks on page one to let us know the Style
specifications.
Carefully follow the instructions on page two, measure your feet
and fill in the blanks, then trace your feet on pages three and four.
